The second run of the Scepter was produced in Color Flake Metal Glow plastic. This run was initially released as a fundraiser disc for the 2019 Davis County open and Portneuf Valley Open disc golf tournaments. An additional 250 discs were stamped with a special Zodiac Scorpius stamp.
Run 2 is not quite as overstable as Run one and has been given flight ratings of 9/3/0/3.5
