How To Get Courses at the Correct Map Location
Some of the disc golf courses on Infinite Courses and the mobile app do not show up in the correct location on the map. Some of them are slightly off, while others appear in the middle of the ocean off the coast of Africa. Ideally we want the GPS location to be as close to the tee box for hole #1 as possible.
This can be simply fixed by adding the correct GPS coordinates.
How to Add GPS Coordinates
You can find the correct GPS Coordinates by using an app on your mobile phone, or by simply going to google maps.
Click the map where #1’s teepad is. This will list a positive and a negative number at the bottom of the screen these are the numbers you need.
When editing or adding a disc golf course on Infinite Courses, the input fields for “Latitude” or “Longitude” are where you enter the GPS coordinates.
Once added, the course will show up in the correct location!
