Still Trying to Keep Up

We’re still trying our best to spread out our shifts to safely add inventory to our website and ship your orders. We’re finally catching up with some things, but falling behind with others. Right now we’re finally catching up to the demand for LUNA putters. You can definitely get some Lunas if you want them and you order in the next few days. After that…well…restocking from different parts of the country is slow right now.

We’re also adding a lot of other needed Discraft inventory like the Zone, Buzzz, Roach, Avenger SS, etc. in different plastic blends. More are coming too.

We are working as fast as we can with our socially distanced crew to prepare and ship your packages. While there is a pandemic in in the mix, the process is slower than usual. Please be patient as we work to get your orders shipped.

When it comes to tracking, you do not need to call us or email us to see if your package is shipped or to get the tracking number. Simply LOGIN to your Infinite Discs account, then click on “My Account” and “My Orders” to see the status and tracking for all of your orders. If you don’t have an account, make one! It’s worth it!

MAKE A LOGIN FOR YOUR OWN ACCOUNT HERE

Also, check your SPAM folder to see if your tracking emails were automatically filed as “Spam” by your email provider. Gmail especially tends to put those in “Spam.”

SORRY, we’re running out of portable baskets again. We’re seeing  a portable basket renaissance like we’ve never seen before. We’re trying to get more.

The only thing missing now is the asphalt in the new driveway, and our warehouse expansion will be complete! We’re a little bit excited about having all of the extra space. The section on the left of the photo is the new addition. The part on the right with the cars in front of it is the original warehouse that we moved into 2 and a half years ago. More floor space means MORE DISCS! That’s the intention.
