The votes are all tallied and half of the stamp designs are moving on to round 2 for additional voting!  CLICK HERE to better see the list of stamp submissions with round one vote totals.

In ROUND TWO you’ll be able to vote for your favorite 8 stamp designs. We’ll show those vote tallies during the entire week so you can see how it’s going. We’ll take the top 18 stamps based on votes ending on Friday, January 31st. Those top 18 stamps will move on to the 3rd round of voting.
