Jack \u2018Tupp\u2019 Trageser, PDGA #9715,\u00a0 is heading into his third year as a member of Team Infinite. His disc golf journey began in the 1980\u2019s when the sport was still in its infancy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since that time he has won numerous tournaments at the amateur and pro levels, with his most recent victory coming in November 2019 at the DeLaveaga Disc Golf Club Match Play Championship.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jack\u2019s involvement with the sport, however, extends far beyond his accomplishments as a player.<\/span><\/p>\n

As owner of the <\/span>School of Disc Golf<\/span><\/a>, Jack has worked with thousands of players, companies, and youth groups- introducing many to disc golf and helping others who already love the game achieve competitive milestones. He has hosted teambuilding events for Google, Facebook, Netflix, and many other Silicon Valley companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jack is also a writer and has published two books on<\/span>\u00a0disc golf. The Disc Golf Revolution<\/a> is designed to tell the full story of disc golf to the rest of the world and Three Paths to Better Disc Golf<\/a> is a big hit among players serious about examining all aspects of their games.<\/p>\n

Jack Tupp is the pen name he uses for his books, but he first used the moniker on the the TV show ‘Discmasters,’ which he hosted with world champions Nate Doss, Valarie Jenkins Doss and Avery Jenkins as a tool to promote the 2011 Pro World Championship. He served as the director of public relations for that event.<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n

Some of Jack\u2019s other contributions to the disc golf community include having a hand in the the design and\/or installation of nine courses, serving as an officer and tournament director for the DeLaveaga <\/span>Disc Golf Club, teaching disc golf at the middle school, high school, and college levels, and coaching a team in the pioneering Santa Cruz County Interscholastic Disc Golf League. He also manages the Play DiscGolf Facebook<\/a> page and Play DisGolf Twitter account<\/a>, both of which are geared toward sharing news of grassroots growth in disc golf around the world.<\/p>\n

Jack\u2019s favorite Infinite molds are the Emperor driver, the Tomb as a stable, straight-flying driving putter, and the X-Blend Scarab, which replaced his trusty DX Aviar as his primary putter.<\/span><\/p>\n
